Fees

Please contact us at Rocks Counselling to enquire about our sliding scale of fees. We aim to offer you effective, tailored and affordable services.

You do not need a referral however, to claim a Medicare Rebate, your eligibility will need to be assessed by a GP, Psychiatrist , and a referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor will be required by us. This enables young people and adults to receive 10 sessions per calendar year subsidised by Medicare. The Medicare Rebate per individual session is $85.20.

Before a Rebate can be claimed through Medicare, the full consultation fee is payable on the day of consultation. Medicare claims are process immediately through our HICAPS / EFTPOS facility.

I also offer Health Fund rebates for Bupa and HCF

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
